I can be contacted through any of the resources below.

I handle all correspondence I receive through this connect page and social media. Because of this, it can take up to a week for you to receive a response. I will be unable to respond to some types and modes of correspondence.

Please note the following regarding responses:

• I love to network. Please reach out if you would like to be added to my referral and resource list that my clients have access to. 

• I accept marketing via email and mail but only recommend or promote resources I have personally tested out first, find helpful, and use personally. 

• I do not engage in mentoring or discipleship over correspondence. Please make an appointment with me for direct Biblical counseling/mentorship.

• I do not respond to correspondence that requires a teaching response. I direct you to your pastor, local church, the Bible, your local in-person women’s bible study group, or attend one of the Grounded In Faith educational events to ask questions within the study group.

• I do not engage in or respond to negative communication, hate mail, or religious argumentative statements. Such statements and comments will be removed from all Grounded In Faith platforms. You do not have to agree with my view of the Bible, Jesus, God, Holy Spirit, historic Christianity, the Bible, or Biblical counseling. I refer you to your local church or pastor for clarification on religious and faith questions and what the Bible and God are all about.
