​Whether you are just starting out or have been in women's ministry for a while, we all experience the challenges in leading our Bible study/small groups, leading a team, and managing our ministry. The Bible says that we will face challenges as we share His Word with others. 

​

Compassionate, faithful leaders can experience burnout and become overwhelmed due to a lack of personal boundaries. Some see themselves as the only person who can teach or lead or are unable to delegate what needs to be done. Others feel they don't have enough knowledge or skill to start a Bible study group.

 

Leaders need to take time out to sit with the Lord and His Word to refresh their souls in Him so that they can better pour into others. As your women's ministry Coach and mentor, I can help you get started, get back on track, strengthen your small groups, and build/maintain a leadership team.

 

Having someone that is not directly involved in your ministry to walk alongside you to mentor, coach, and support you is a great way to avoid the pitfalls and stressors that can happen within women's ministry. Even if you are lucky enough to have a great team, it is always helpful to gain outside counsel and a fresh perspective from time to time. I will listen to your needs and goals.
